1. RODRIGO PESSOA (BRA) 🇧🇷
No. 4 in the Tu Mundo Ecuestre Latin Show Jumping Ranking
The legendary Brazilian headlined a Latin one-two in the biggest Grand Prix of the week outside the American circuit, the CSI4* Grand Prix 1.55m at the Longines Tops International Summer Festival, with Major Tom in 43.99 seconds. A victory that reaffirms his standing at the highest level of international show jumping.
2. MARLON MODOLO ZANOTELLI (BRA) 🇧🇷
No. 5 in the Tu Mundo Ecuestre Latin Show Jumping Ranking
The Brazilian was the standout Latin performer of the week in Europe. At the Casas Novas Summer Edition, he completed a historic double, second in the CSI4* Grupo Eulen Trophy in the morning and winner of the CSI4* Longines Trophy 1.50m in the afternoon, with Fusario d’Boissailles in 39.51 seconds. Two top-level classes on the same day at the same show. He also finished third in the CSI4* Prosegur Security Trophy. A week that consolidates him as one of the most in-form Latin riders on the European circuit.
3. MAYA DENIS (MEX) 🇲🇽
First in the ring for the jump-off, and no one caught her. Maya Denis won the $65,000 CSIU25 Grand Prix at WEC Ocala with Jantien de Muze in 40.98 seconds, an uncatchable time for the five remaining pairs. “He’s my baby. Winning with him makes it even more special,” said the Mexican rider about her four-year partnership.
4. ANDRÉS AZCÁRRAGA (MEX) 🇲🇽
The Mexican completed the historic Latin one-two in the CSI4* Grand Prix at the Longines Tops International Summer Festival, second with Contendros 2 in 45.60 seconds, just behind his Latin American counterpart Rodrigo Pessoa. A result that places Mexico on the most important European podiums of the season.
5. SANTIAGO DÍAZ ORTEGA (COL) 🇨🇴
His most complete week of the season at Casas Novas. The Colombian finished second in the CSI4* Prosegur Security Trophy with Chasspleen Flamingo Z, just 0.72 seconds behind Gaudiano, and fourth in the CSI4* Grupo Eulen Trophy. Two Top 5 results at the same show against a world-class European field.
6. JUAN VEGAS (VEN) 🇻🇪
The Venezuelan completed the Latin one-two in the $65,000 CSIU25 Grand Prix at WEC Ocala, second with Clarisimo in 41.88 seconds, just 0.90 behind Maya Denis. Venezuela and Mexico are at the top of the Under-25 podium on the American circuit.
