Just days after one of the most talked-about controversies of the FEI Jumping World Championship Aachen 2026, his exclusion from the Brazilian team, Yuri Mansur (BRA) arrived at the STX Arena in Azelhof and delivered a commanding victory in the CSI3* 150 Grand Prix Powered by Eurohorse at the Azelhof CSI Lier 2026, designed by Eddy Geysemans (BEL) with 60 combinations on course, 8 jump-off qualifiers and €57,200 in prize money. Mansur clocked 39.86 seconds with Incanto VDL to take the win, his first victory since the controversy that shook the Latin show jumping world in August.
Incanto VDL is a 13-year-old bay KWPN gelding (Kannan x Indoctro) owned by Pegase Equestrian BV, the No. 8 in the Tu Mundo Ecuestre Latin Show Jumping Ranking and former ranking leader proved in Lier that his level needs no defending.
Armin Schäfer (GER) stopped the clock at 40.96 seconds with Dante, an 11-year-old grey Holsteiner gelding (Kadet Ter Putte x Casco) owned by Susanne Schäfer, just 1.10 seconds behind the winner but with no answer to Mansur’s speed. Max Routledge (GBR) posted 45.45 seconds with Me The Rebel RT, a 9-year-old bay KWPN stallion (Cornet Obolensky x Baloubet du Rouet) owned by Routledge and Weiji Zhang, to complete the podium.
Leonie Peeters (BEL) came home in 46.64 seconds with Kameroen EB Z, a 12-year-old bay Zangersheide stallion (Kannan x Quantum) owned by Rostal NV. Alexander McLean (GBR) rounded out the Top 5 with Gino F, a 15-year-old chestnut KWPN stallion (Ultimo x Grannus) owned by McLean and Marjory McNaughton, with 4 faults in 39.52 seconds, the fastest jump-off time but penalized with one rail.

A top-level Latin victory for Yuri Mansur (BRA), No. 8 in the Tu Mundo Ecuestre Latin Show Jumping Ranking. Lucio Vinícius de Oliveira Osório (BRA) thirty-second with 8 faults and Léa Rucker (CAN) forty-fifth with 28 faults completed the regional presence.
