🏆 FEI Jumping World Championship Aachen 2026
Steve Guerdat (SUI) is the individual World Champion. Five competitions. Zero faults across both decisive rounds of the LONGINES-Prize. A victory that completed the most extraordinary individual cycle in show jumping history, making him and Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA) the only two riders ever to claim all four major individual titles in the sport: Olympic gold, World Championship gold, regional championship gold and three World Cups.
Thibeau Spits (BEL), aged just 25, claimed individual silver with Impress-K van’t Kattenheye Z. Harry Charles (GBR) delivered the most extraordinary comeback of the final, from twenty-third to bronze with LT Holst Freda. Piergiorgio Bucci (ITA) fourth. Roberto Terán Tafur (COL), No. 11 in the Tu Mundo Ecuestre Latin Show Jumping Ranking and fifth in the world, delivered the best result in history for a Colombian rider at a World Championship.
In the team final, Germany claimed the world title for the first time in 16 years, with Marcus Ehning, Sophie Hinners and Daniel Deusser delivering three perfect rounds in the Mercedes-Benz Prize final. Belgium claimed silver and Great Britain bronze. The United States finished fourth after a difficult decisive round.
🇺🇸 Old Salem Farm and HITS Del Mar
Kent Farrington (USA), world No. 1 and Pan American Ranking leader, flew through the heaviest rain of the day to win the $32,000 CSI2* Old Salem Farm Classic with Dolores PS in her second consecutive FEI debut victory. Brian Moggre (USA) sealed the $65,000 CSI2* Old Salem Farm Grand Prix with Johann FS Z, setting his time early in the jump-off order and holding on to the end.
At HITS Del Mar, Kaitlin Campbell (ISR) signed back-to-back victories with Cosm Hesed, the $31,020 Alliant Private Client Cup and the $31,020 John Deere CSI2* Winning Round, in two days. Keri Potter (USA) closed the weekend nearly two seconds clear in the $90,000 Grand Prix of Del Mar. Camilo Rueda (COL) was the top Latin finisher in third place.
🇧🇪 Azelhof CSI Lier
Graham Babes (GBR) won the CSI3* 1.50m Powered by Stephex. Yuri Mansur (BRA), former Latin Ranking leader and current No. 8, answered his exclusion from the Brazilian team in Aachen in the best possible way: arriving as the last invited rider in Lier and winning the CSI3* Grand Prix Powered by Eurohorse by more than a second. A victory that needed no words.
🇳🇱 Ermelo and 🇫🇷 Notre Dame d’Estrées
Georgia Tame (GBR) topped the Hööks Grand Prix CSI2* in Ermelo. Faustine Laferrerie (FRA) took the Grand Prix CSI2* Sponsored by Calvados, at the Haras de la Vallée.
