Luis Sabino Gonçalves and Gallaxia de Ferval Z Keep Rolling in the $32,000 UF Health CSI3* Speed at WEC Ocala.

The Portuguese rider won’t stop, and Ocala keeps being his favorite stage.

Luis Sabino Gonçalves (POR) claimed the $32,000 UF Health 1.45m CSI3* Speed at the 2026 Summer Series Week VI at World Equestrian Center Ocala, designed by Anthony D’Ambrosio with 22 combinations on course and a time allowed of 76 seconds. Gonçalves crossed the finish in 64.96 seconds to take the win, and completed his dominance by also finishing fifth with Quicksilver C.

Gallaxia de Ferval Z is a 9-year-old Zangersheide mare (George x Nabab de Reve), owned by Sigma Stables LLC, the same horse with which the Portuguese rider won the MARS Equestrian Grand Prix Qualifier CSI4* the previous week, a partnership that continues to grow on the American circuit.

Wilton Porter (USA) finished second with Sternmarke 3, a 12-year-old bay Hanoverian gelding (Stakkato x Escudo I) owned by Sleepy P Ranch BV, registering a time of 66.33 seconds. Aaron Vale (USA), No. 5 in the Tu Mundo Ecuestre Pan American Show Jumping Ranking, completed the podium with Helios du Moulin, a 9-year-old grey Selle Français gelding (Untouchable x Quidam de Revel) owned by The Helios du Moulin Group, crossing the line in 68.09 seconds.

Latin & Pan American Presence

Wilton Porter (USA), Aaron Vale (USA), and Chloe Reid (USA) were the top Pan American performers in second, third, and fourth, respectively. Reid finished fourth with Dragonball, a 9-year-old bay Zangersheide gelding (Diamant de Semilly x Landjunge) owned by Team Reid LLC, in 69.53 seconds. The top Latin finisher was Diego Bedoya (BOL) in seventh place in 71.47 seconds. Luis Fernando Larrazabal (VEN) finished tenth with 4 faults in 63.77 seconds, the fastest time of the class, and Luis Pedro Biraben (ARG) twelfth with 4 faults in 66.22 seconds.
