Not even the heaviest rainfall of the day could stop him; the world No. 1 signed his second consecutive FEI victory with Dolores PS in North Salem.

Kent Farrington (USA), world No. 1 and Tu Mundo Ecuestre Pan American Show Jumping Ranking leader, stopped the clock at 38.13 seconds in the $32,000 Old Salem Farm 2* Classic at the Old Salem Farm Summer Jumper Classic 2026, designed by Oscar Soberón with 51 combinations on course and 12 jump-off qualifiers. Last to return in the jump-off under the day’s heaviest rainfall, Farrington crossed the finish 1.75 seconds ahead of the runner-up to claim his second consecutive FEI victory with this mount. “I’m just trying to train this horse and produce her along. Today was more about what I felt was best to teach her how to compete. Two wins in two FEI classes is a great start. She’s only 8; she’s still quite green, but she’s stepping up the ranks nicely.”

Dolores PS is an 8-year-old bay Oldenburg mare (Dominator 2000 Z x Georgonia) owned by Farrington himself. On her FEI debut, the mare has already collected two victories in two international outings.

Amanda Derbyshire (GBR) posted 39.88 seconds with Cornwall BH, an 18-year-old bay Holsteiner gelding (Con Air x Tessi) owned by Derbyshire herself, a time that held as the jump-off benchmark for several turns. Carly Anthony (USA) completed the podium with Las Vegas, a 10-year-old chestnut Dutch Warmblood gelding (Arezzo VDL x Wilke) owned by Rosalie Midyette, in 41.04 seconds.

Jake Ward (GBR) came home in a time of 42.63 seconds with Dori 66, an 11-year-old bay Rheinländer mare (Darshan x For Pleasure) owned by Ward himself. Delaney Flynn (USA) rounded out the Top 5 with Conthaginha Star, a 9-year-old bay Westphalian mare (Conthargos x Quidam’s Rubin) owned by Windsor Show Stables, in 42.93 seconds.

Latin & Pan American Presence

Kent Farrington (USA), world No. 1 and Pan American Ranking leader, was the standout performer of the day. Carly Anthony (USA) third and Delaney Flynn (USA) fifth completed a strong Pan American presence in the Top 5. Ilan Bluman (COL) was the top Latin finisher in tenth place with 8 faults in 39.47 seconds in the jump-off. João Eduardo Ferreira de Carvalho (BRA) was nineteenth with 4 faults, Lucas Mejía Fanjul (COL) thirty-eighth with 12 faults, and Alberto Michán (MEX) thirty-ninth with 12 faults.
