Scott Brash (GBR), former world No. 1, current world No. 3 and Olympic medallist, claimed the Prix Dinard Emeraude Equitation CSI3* 1.50m at the Jumping International de Dinard, designed by Jean-François Morand with 57 combinations on course and €28,200 in prize money. Brash crossed the finish in 76.10 seconds to take the win in the evening class of the historic Norman show.
Kohiba is a 10-year-old grey SCSL mare (Kannan x Carthana II), owned by Ristar Horse S.L., a horse that delivered speed and efficiency on Dinard’s demanding grass track.
Margaux Rocuet (FRA) finished second with Elektra des Prémices, a 12-year-old chestnut SF mare (Kannan x Melodie d’Eole) owned by Alphonse Wanner, clocking 79.44 seconds. Steve Guerdat (SUI), three-time Olympic medallist and former world No. 1, completed the podium with Dynamix de Belheme, a 13-year-old bay SF mare (Snaike de Blondel x Soudaine du Montet) owned by C.H.C. Horses SA, stopping the clock at 79.45 seconds, just one hundredth of a second behind Rocuet.
Mégane Moissonnier (FRA) finished fourth with Kandoo Z, a 10-year-old bay Zangersheide stallion (Kannan x Limone Z) owned by Laurent Guillet and SAS PLCB, in 80.14 seconds. Luciana Diniz (BRA) rounded out the Top 5 with Full Passion HH Z, a 9-year-old chestnut Zangersheide mare (For Pleasure x Alexandra HH Z) owned by New Nordic Horses BVBA, completing her round in 80.99 seconds.
