Henrik von Eckermann and Glamour Girl Rule the Prix Les Estivales de l’Equitation Once More at the Jumping International de Dinard CSI5*.

Dinard keeps delivering for Henrik von Eckermann, and Glamour Girl proved it once again.

Henrik von Eckermann (SWE), former world No. 1 and Olympic team gold medallist, claimed the Prix Les Estivales de l’Equitation CSI5* 1.45m Special Two Phases at the Jumping International de Dinard, designed by Jean-François Morand, with 70 combinations on course and €28,200 in prize money. Von Eckermann completed both phases in 32.63 seconds, yet another victory in Dinard with the mare that has become his most trusted ally at this historic Norman venue.

Glamour Girl is a 15-year-old bay KWPN mare (VDL Zirocco Blue x Moonlight II), owned by Robin Cleary Parsky, a partnership that adds new victories at Dinard year after year.

Victor Bettendorf (LUX), winner of the LGCT Grand Prix of Riesenbeck just two weeks ago, finished second with Extasia Bella by Classic Z, a 9-year-old bay Zangersheide mare (Emerald x Himalaya du Aimery) owned by Bettendorf and Adeline Hecart, clocking 33.28 seconds. Gudrun Patteet (BEL) completed the podium with Sea Coast Chica VV Z, an 11-year-old bay Zangersheide mare (Comme Il Faut 5 x Kerbie VV) owned by Sea Coast Horses BVBA, stopping the clock at 34.28 seconds.

Steve Guerdat (SUI), three-time Olympic medallist and former world No. 1, finished fourth with Hadj de Bliniere, a 9-year-old bay stallion (Carpe Diem JF Champblanc x Toscane du Breaul) owned by LLP Artic Partners and Daniel Etter, in 34.40 seconds. Alexa Ferrer (FRA) rounded out the Top 5 with Hastoria Bo Regard, a 9-year-old chestnut mare (Ultrachic du Temple x Dauphine de Saire) owned by S.A.R.L. Bo Regard, completing her round in 34.55 seconds.

Luciana Diniz (BRA) was the top Latin and Pan American performer, finishing seventh with Holly RZH, an 11-year-old chestnut Holsteiner mare (Untouchable 27 x Sophia-Maria) owned by Bettina Dür-Lehner, in 35.30 seconds. Kristen Vanderveen (USA) seventeenth in 38.43 seconds, Pedro Muylaert (BRA) twenty-third in 39.87 seconds, Lillie Keenan (USA) twenty-sixth with 4 faults, Francisco Pasquel (MEX) thirtieth, Andrés Azcárraga (MEX) thirty-ninth, Nicolás Pizarro (MEX) forty-third, Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA) fifty-sixth, José Antonio Chedraui Eguía (MEX) sixtieth, Paola Amilibia (MEX) sixty-first and Federico Fernández (MEX) retired.
